Practical tailoring insight
A small tailoring initiative operated by ROLE's Managing Director provides direct insight into the gap between skills and income: quality inputs, equipment, pricing, customers, market access, business knowledge and continued mentoring all matter.
ROLE supports vocational pathways where market evidence and realistic income potential justify them — measuring whether skills produce durable economic opportunity, not only training attendance.
Partner with ROLE
ROLE welcomes collaboration with foundations, UN agencies, international NGOs, research institutions, technical organizations and responsible businesses.
